“I've had back problems for a long time, so training has always been hard. I used to hurt myself a lot by not getting the form right. After training with Rachel, my back problem became less of an issue. She's very alert about my form, always notices when my core isn't contracted, and always makes sure I get it right before I hurt myself. For functional training, form is key, and Rachel gets it. She's also a great motivator, pushing me to train harder than I thought I could. I am training better now, even on my own, and I have Rachel to thank for that.”
