A BIT ABOUT ME

I have always been passionate about fitness, but becoming a personal trainer came about purely by chance. I started a career in Public Relations but the sheer pace of it all took a toll on my mental health. I quit to take some time out for myself. Months later, I took some fitness classes at my friend's gym. A couple of weeks later, he offered me the chance to become a trainer, I went for it. 10 years later and still going strong, it was the best decision I ever made.

My biggest motivator for doing what I do - my dad. The same year I started out as a trainer, my dad had a stroke. Seeing a loved one have to go through that was utterly heartbreaking. If I can help in any way for people to not have to go through that pain, I feel like I’ve done my bit.

The best part of the job - my clients! Getting stronger, achieving milestones you never thought you would, and feeling confident in your own skin are some of the best feelings. I love being able to play my part in that :)

Some strength classes I took back in 2016.

WHY I’M ALL ABOUT STRENGTH..

  • Weight Management and change your body composition

  • Increase you bone density to decrease risk of osteoporosis and fractures

  • Reduces risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease & diabetes

  • better balance and mobility to reduce joint pains and risk of falls

  • your mental well-being - reduce stress and build self-confidence!

How I train my clients? . I'm here to push you in the right direction - train well, eat well whilst still enjoying the good things in life!
