A BIT ABOUT ME
I have always been passionate about fitness, but becoming a personal trainer came about purely by chance. I started a career in Public Relations but the sheer pace of it all took a toll on my mental health. I quit to take some time out for myself. Months later, I took some fitness classes at a friend's gym. A couple of weeks later, he offered me the chance to become a trainer, I went for it. 10 years later and still going strong, it was the best decision I ever made.
My biggest motivator for doing what I do - my dad. The same year I decided to make the leap into becoming a trainer, my dad had a stroke. Seeing a loved one have to go through that was utterly heartbreaking. If I can help in any way for people to not have to go through that pain, I feel like I’ve done some good.
The best part of the job - my clients! Getting stronger, achieving milestones you never thought you would, and feeling confident in your own skin are some of the best feelings. I love being able to play my part in that :)
Some strength classes I took back in 2016.
