Hi, I’m Rachel

I'm an ISSA certified Strength Training Coach based in Cape Town. No matter your fitness goal, I provide:

  • safe, suitable & specific programs tailored to you and your individual needs to help you get stronger.

  • education - take the guess work out of how to do exercises properly without breaking your back and put a stop to the ‘keto-mittent-paleo’ noise.

  • an hour of your day well spent - taking the time for yourself to train, feel great and have a laugh or two doing so!

MY SERVICES:

One-on-one strength training primarily based at First Principles Gym in Sea Point, I do at-home training if required. Oh, & don’t worry - despite the name, you’ll find no actual burpees here, just fitness and the nutritional guidance to get you feeling your best.
